We are seeking an experienced Building Inspection Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting construction sites and verifying compliance with technical designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to technical designs and drawings.
  • Verify project packages against agreed specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare activity reports.
  • Log site reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to health and safety policies and sustainability legislation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions.
