Key Responsibilities:
* Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students* Develop and implement programs to support student success* Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure seamless student support* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in academic and career counseling* Conduct assessments to identify student strengths, weaknesses, and goals
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Orientation and Counseling or related field* PR Dept. of Education School Counselor or Educational and Vocational Guidance Technician Certification (License)* Fluency in English and Spanish* Experience in academic and career counseling of students* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
