Join Our Team as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher

At Miller's Ale House, we're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion food items according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Support our cooks as needed, occasionally being assigned a station.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling requirements and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with both back-of-house and front-of-house team members to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for our cooks.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the dishroom.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Must have late night, holiday, and weekend schedule flexibility.
