Client Portfolio Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Portfolio Advisor to provide personalized financial orientations to clients, helping them achieve their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for cross-selling initiatives to grow and deepen client relationships, achieving sales targets to increase market share.

• Build effective relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the financial industry, economy, market conditions, rates, and competition.
• Cultivate internal partnerships to promote integrated sales and service efforts across the organization.
• Research and identify opportunities to deliver retail banking products, mortgages, leases/auto loans, investment, and insurance services that meet clients' financial goals.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, teams, and emails.
• Timely response to incoming emails, phone inquiries, and required contacts.
• Update client data in the CRM system and monitor sales performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably in Finance and Accounting.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the banking industry, with 3-5 years of sales experience in retail banking products.
• Financial Paraplanner Certification and Life Insurance License (candidate must pass exams within 6 months of starting the role).
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent sales, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking products and ability to educate and inform clients and colleagues.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

• On-site work schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work non-business hours, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when needed.
