Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Estimating and Drafting Specialist to join our team at Aireko. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and drafting for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate estimates based on material quantities and labor considerations.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to fully understand the scope of work.
- Maintain a comparative analysis of scope, quantities, and cost data between quotes received.
Requirements:
- Associate or technical drafting degree, Architecture degree, Engineering degree, or related field.
- Proven experience in estimating and drafting for construction projects.
