At Eliot Community Human Services, we strive to provide comprehensive support to individuals experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a skilled Housing Stabilization Specialist to join our team in our Community Outreach Program. Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to work with our clients in the Massachusetts area, providing person-centered case management and housing stabilization services. As a Housing Stabilization Specialist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored plans for housing stabilization
• Provide on-site and in-field support to clients, working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with community providers and coalitions to ensure a comprehensive approach to addressing client needs
• Advocate for clients to ensure their rights are respected and their voices are heard

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in case management or a related field, with a focus on homelessness and housing stabilization
• Strong knowledge of Boston area resources and providers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
