We are Next Car Rental, a trusted car rental company with 35 years of experience in Puerto Rico. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional daily vehicle rental, corporate rental, and truck rental services.

As the Team Leader or Supervisor, you will serve as the liaison between management and daily rental operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Directing the work group towards established goals
  • Assisting the manager in providing support for day-to-day operations
  • Monitoring car inventory and availability
  • Assisting customer service inquiries as needed
  • Reporting noncompliance to management and Human Resources for follow-up

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position or supervision role
  • Full billingue
  • A valid driver's license
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including midnight
