Metrology Group Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Supervisor to lead our team of metrology professionals at West Pharmaceutical Services. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement equipment and processes.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for quality assurance. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that our measurement equipment and processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

• Lead a team of metrology professionals to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement equipment and processes
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design and implement new measurement equipment and processes
• Provide training and support to team members on measurement equipment and processes
• Investigate and resolve issues related to measurement equipment and processes
• Develop and maintain calibration records and ensure that all measurement equipment is calibrated regularly
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds
• Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with established safety protocols and guidelines

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical expertise in measurement equipment and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience with quality assurance procedures and regulatory requirements

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
