Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor operational reporting related to wealth management programs, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate and continuously maintain the wealth management programs' performance results and incentives.
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics related to incentive programs, providing insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including branch operations, IT, risk management, and compliance, to drive operational excellence and support middle and senior management decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or other related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
