Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Casino Surveillance Agent to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring casino operations to detect and prevent irregular activities, such as cheating or theft. You will also be responsible for responding to emergency situations and documenting incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor casino operations using CCTV and other surveillance systems to detect and prevent irregular activities
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as duress alarms and fire alarms, and dispatch appropriate personnel for investigation and recording
  • Document incidents and complete incident reports to record all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
