The SOC Specialist should have a minimum of 1 year of security experience and possess a strong understanding of various security software programs. A working knowledge of alarm/CCTV systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Alarm Management: Monitor and dispatch security for alarms, handle access requests, and ensure all procedures are properly followed.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Dispatching first responders and/or HAZMAT teams to incidents.
- Situational Awareness: Monitor global events and their potential impact on employees, assets, and product shipments.
- Real-time monitoring of client ground shipments in the US.
- Sending out event notifications to department management.
- Creating security briefings for high-level events.
- Assisting with security investigations as required and completing incident reports.
