Capital Projects Engineer position is available at Experis, a leading global workforce solutions company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing capital facilities projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

•Draft SOW (Scope of Work) and user requirements, participate in design reviews, and lead project execution.

•Monitor construction activities to guarantee quality and cost goals are met.

•Implement, administer, and control project documentation in both narrative and drawing form.

•Manage suppliers, addressing challenges related to timelines and technical aspects.

•Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.

•Plan activities and tasks using dedicated project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years of capital project engineering experience.

•Proven track record of managing diverse projects and demonstrated leadership skills.

•Ability to effectively communicate technical and project management information without assistance.

•Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to interface with various departments and lead efficiently in a matrixed environment.

•Capacity to analyze and solve complex problems through entrepreneurial thought and experience.
