Job Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (strongly preferred) or an approved nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
- 2 years of RN experience within a hospital setting (preferred)
Licensure and Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. Certification in specialty encouraged. Membership in a professional organization encouraged.
Work Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm, 5 out of 6 weekends and 1 holiday per year; 48 hours every 2 weeks
Pay: The hourly range for this position is $32.00 - $46.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
