We are seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will have professional autonomy to care for patients and a full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
