Investment Analyst Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Analyst, you will work closely with Investment Advisors to design and implement personalized asset allocation strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Investment Advisors in designing and implementing asset allocation strategies
  • Review and develop rebalancing and tax loss harvesting recommendations
  • Identify potential fee savings and generate client deliverables
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and third-party affiliates regarding investment-related matters
  • Assist Investment Advisors in answering client questions and complete ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering top-notch client service
  • Intellectual curiosity and the drive to find solutions
  • Minimum 1-2 years' prior experience in investments or financial services
  • Series 65 is a requirement of the job and is financially supported by the firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a demonstrated aptitude for mathematics and spreadsheets
  • Experience with FactSet, Addepar, Python, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Progress toward CFA/CFP is a plus
