Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results
    • Operate and maintain all store equipment to ensure efficient operations
    • Work varied hours, including holidays, to oversee store operations
    • Rotate to other locations as needed to support business needs
    • Balance labor costs and explain variances daily
  • Essential Duties:
    • Shape a positive team culture and drive high team engagement and guest satisfaction
    • Assist in achieving all budgeted financial goals, including sales and costs
    • Interview, hire, train, and develop team members in all aspects of the business
    • Maintain team performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
    • Implement and supervise responsible cash management, including counting, balancing, and depositing daily cash income
    • Coordinate special events, drop-off catering, and carry-out orders
    • Implement store promotions and maintain inventory levels
    • Ensure high-quality service and food standards
    • Supervise store maintenance and report safety concerns
    • Provide timely feedback to supervisors regarding service failures or guest concerns
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
    • Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant experience preferred
    • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
    • Math skills and ability to understand and use cash handling procedures
    • Knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
    • Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Work Environment:
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including kitchen, office, and stock area
  • Ability to stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility
  • Ability to lift, move, or handle goods weighing up to 80 pounds
