We are seeking a skilled Order Selector Forklift Operator to join our team at Randstad. As an Order Selector Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for accurately picking products by matching numbers and product descriptions using a voice audio headset. You will also be responsible for managing the responsibility of working on and off PIT equipment, following all safety procedures, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions using a voice audio headset.
- Hand stack cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to over-head throughout the duration of the shift.
- Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
- Hand shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment.
- Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc.
- Working in a smoke-free environment wearing steel-toe shoes.
- Manual lifting up to 50lbs.
- Standing for 10 hours at one time.
- 1 year of experience as a picker (preferred).
