Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items for our customers in a timely and consistent manner. They must practice strict sanitation and safety protocols daily to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves participating in long-range planning, supporting ongoing hotel programs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively under pressure and multitask.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required.
- Certified Cook level or higher qualification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the hotel industry.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate industrial kitchen equipment and appliances safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrated culinary techniques and a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills.
- Strong personality, creativity, enthusiasm, great work ethic, maturity, and passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Good organizational skills, judgment, and ability to work under pressure.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
