Job Description

We are seeking experienced Professional Construction Project Managers with backgrounds in Mechanical (BSME), Civil (BSCE) or Electrical (BSEE) engineering and experience in construction to lead our construction projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed to achieve project goals.
  • Implement best practices and strategies to optimize project efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions and delays.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (BSME), Civil (BSCE) or Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or Associate Engineer (AE) Certificate or Engineer in Training (EIT) Certificate.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).
