Role Overview
Sephora is seeking a skilled Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, suggesting and selling products and services, and introducing our loyalty programs to help customers discover their benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences
- Suggest and sell products and services across all areas of the store, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances
- Introduce the Sephora Beauty Insider program to customers, highlighting the benefits of loyalty and rewards
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
