Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cruise Line Surveillance Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. This role is responsible for observing casino or casino hotel operations for irregular activities, monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems, and responding to emergency situations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Observe casino operations for signs of cheating, theft, or other suspicious behavior
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as duress alarms or physical altercations
  • Document incidents and complete incident reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No licenses or certifications needed

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • Movement of objects weighing less than 10 pounds may be required
