Job Description:

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for generating accurate demand forecasts, analyzing sales trends, and identifying opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Research and analyze demand drivers to inform forecasting models.
• Track and report on forecast KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:**

• **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Operations Planning, Engineering, or related fields.
• **Experience:** 1-3 years' experience with fast-moving consumer goods or equivalent.
• **Background:** 1-3 years' experience in Demand Planning or forecasting roles.
• **Technical Skills:** Experience with SAP APO and SAP ECC, or similar applications.
• **Language Proficiency:** Fully bilingual (Spanish & English, oral and written).
