Program Integrator, Senior

The Opportunity:

Support pre- and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) contracts as a Program Integrator, Senior. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work closely with DoD clients to aid in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives.

This role involves leading a team of experts and serving as a liaison to the Government client. You will help the DoD integrate Strategic SATCOM systems across a large stakeholder community and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop acquisition strategies and plans, Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Participate in source selections and perform technical evaluations of proposals
  • Orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations
  • 7+ years of experience with implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile program increment planning, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
  • 5+ years of experience with project management and leadership
  • Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with internal and external clients, including cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD space and ground technologies and systems
  • Experience with working on new technology programs for embedded systems
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
