Product Redistribution Coordinator

**Job Description:**

The Repack/Export Coordinator plays a critical role in our Supply Chain team, responsible for managing all aspects of product redistribution and export processes. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain operations, maintaining accurate records of bulk availability, and developing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate with the Export Manager and third-party vendors to process and transport customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of bulk availability and oversee repack practices to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements:**

• Strong understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office systems.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-oriented solutions.
