Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Mechanic (Production) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, calibrations, and repairs on electrical and electronic systems used in formulation equipment.

1. Perform routine inspections and calibrations on temperature, pressure, weight, force, and humidity control devices.
2. Repair and replace faulty electrical and electronic components as needed.
3. Collaborate with Supervisors, Operators, Engineers, and other Mechanics to identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment/production efficiencies.
4. Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement or equipment installation/modification projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• An Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or a technical discipline.
• A minimum of three years of maintenance experience in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Understanding and operational familiarity with PC/PLC control systems.
