About the Role:

Stryker Puerto Rico, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Continuous Improvement Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that aim to improve our manufacturing processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Conduct time studies and analyze data to optimize production processes
  • Develop and implement Standard Work for operational processes
  • Work with manufacturing and functional teams to coordinate the setup or change of operational processes

Requirements:

  • Third year B.S. in engineering completed
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Basic PC skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
