Job Description

The CRM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of our CRM and sales enablement operations. This includes assisting with lead generation, data cleansing, and developing customized reports to measure the success of CRM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with lead generation and routing prospecting leads and campaigns to ticket sales and service teams
  • Support day-to-day management of data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues and ensuring smooth CRM operation
  • Assist with building and maintaining automated sales and service sequences to improve the customer relationship management process
  • Collaborate with ticket sales department to align messaging with current marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-4 years related work experience
  • Experience working with CRM and sales enablement systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
