We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Insight Global. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use magnification lenses, microscopes, scanners, calipers, and multimeters to inspect materials
- Have a basic understanding of industry quality standards for PCA and machined metal parts
- Be able to work on site from 8:30 to 17:30, with a basic 8-hour day, 5 days a week
- Be able to make summary inspection reports and secure evidence of rejection when required
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obey all safety policies and procedures
- Perform all job duties consistent with the Code of Ethics
Requirements:
- More than half a year of experience in material incoming inspection
- Basic knowledge of industry quality standards for PCA and machined metal parts
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing floor ESD control
- Basic understanding of Certificate of Conformity (CoC) documents
- Basic understanding of material drawings in PDF files
