Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our CRM and sales enablement operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of related work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with lead generation and acquisition, and route prospecting leads and campaigns to ticket sales and service teams.
- Manage data cleansing, data entry accuracy, validation, and data integrity.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and other ongoing projects.
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth CRM operation.
- Collaborate with ticket sales department to align messaging with current marketing campaigns.
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
