Job Summary
As a key member of our healthcare team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Conduct focused nursing assessments and contribute to the ongoing comprehensive nursing assessment of the patient performed by the RN.
• Collaborate in the development and modification of the RN's comprehensive nursing plan of care for all types of patients.
• Implement aspects of the plan of care and participate in health teaching and counseling to promote, attain, and maintain the optimum health level of patients.
• Serve as an advocate for the patient by communicating and collaborating with other health service personnel.
• Participate in the evaluation of patient responses to interventions and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
• Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs, including interviewing patients and recording their medical history and physical condition, obtaining vital signs, and providing routine care for patients.

Requirements
We are seeking an LPN with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. A minimum of 1-2 years of recent nursing experience is preferred.
