Job Summary

At IntelyCare, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in long-term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute settings.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in nursing care.

Requirements

  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
