Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Floral Long Term Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.About Us: Floral Long Term Care is a reputable long-term care facility committed to delivering person-centered care. Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining, maintaining, and interpreting standards of practice.
- Perform required skills (assessment, intervention) according to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees which influence or determine policies affecting nursing practice.
- Make rounds on all resident rooms and ensure that LPNs, CNAs, and/or others under supervision receive their resident reports, have their assignments, and break times scheduled.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- M.S./B.S. or equivalent experience preferred
- Nursing experience acquired clinical competence and strong leadership skills
