Hotel Industry Culinary Expert

Pss Pathfinders,Inc is currently seeking a skilled Hotel Industry Culinary Expert to join our team. Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have high school or equivalent education and be certified as a Cook or higher. At least one year of experience in the hotel industry is required, with a strong focus on quality food preparation and customer satisfaction.

A full bilingual individual with excellent verbal and auditory communication skills is essential for this role. The successful candidate must also be proficient in using industrial kitchen instruments and appliances, and possess the ability to demonstrate culinary techniques.

This position requires a proactive and creative individual with excellent teamwork, time management, and adaptability skills. The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing food items using a predetermined method, adhering to sanitation and safety standards at all times. You will participate in long-range planning and make recommendations for ongoing hotel programs, focusing on continuous improvement and networking.
