Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing patient scans under the supervision of a nuclear medicine physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculating radioisotope dosages for administration to patients
  • Operating radioscopic equipment
  • Practicing strict radiation safety
Requirements
  • Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technologist training program
  • California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification upon hire
  • National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire
  • National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 6 months - Experience during the last year, or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience with an absence from nuclear medicine of no more than 1 year
