Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project(s), from planning and implementation to monitoring, completion, and follow-up.

• Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.
• Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least five (5) years of exposure in Project Management within the Pharmaceutical or Hospitality Industry.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written).
• Experience in Project Management life cycle: scope of work, cost estimate, procurement, bidding process, scheduling, project control, contractor supervision, and start-up.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
