Job SummaryUnder the general supervision of our experienced staff, you will promote activities designed to stimulate learning in all developmental domains for children birth to 5 years old. You will develop individual goals for children, provide on-going assessment of progress, and facilitate transition activities into kindergarten.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition for children
- Bachelor's degree in Early Education, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum of 24 semester units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- 3 semester units in Infant/Toddler Development
- 2 years' experience working with families and children in a preschool setting
