Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional manner
- Manage customer accounts efficiently
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of work
Requirements:
- Habilidades bilingües requeridas
- Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work a schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation
