Staff Management Smx is a leading provider of staffing solutions, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and providing exceptional service.

• Engage with customers in a professional manner
• Manage customer accounts efficiently
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of work

Requirements:

• Habilidades bilingües requeridas
• Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to work a schedule between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation
