Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and practices, with experience in project management, team leadership, and collaboration. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues in manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects environments.
  • Apply advanced engineering principles to the design and implementation of major system modifications, experiments, and process projects.
  • Develop, organize, analyze, and present interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of significant scope and complexity.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of a small staff of engineers, associates, and/or technicians on an ongoing basis as well as on a project basis.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Doctorate degree or Master's degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in parenteral products, vision systems, device assembly, and packaging.
