About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the cafe and surrounding areas
  • Restock and rotate merchandise as needed
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including coffee machines and ovens
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
