Job Summary
Sonesta Hotels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Receptionist to join our team. As a Housekeeping Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department, including tracking and maintaining the square footage of all Room Attendants, assisting with scheduling and room cleaning assignments, and coordinating rooms square footage given out to all Room Attendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain the square footage of all Room Attendants
- Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage
- Coordinate rooms square footage given out to all Room Attendants
- Assist with payroll maintenance for additional rooms cleaned
- Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients
- Partner with the Manager to inventory and maintain par levels for linen and room supplies
- Monitor commercial laundry supplies and equipment to ensure they are sufficient and in working order
