Relaxation Therapist

At World Spa, we are seeking a skilled Relaxation Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned and scheduled treatments to all guests per company direction while maintaining World Spa's Standard of Excellence.
• Upkeep and maintain State of the Art Treatment Rooms and Equipment to company standards.
• Continuously provide outstanding customer service.
• Attend and participate in regular training and development meetings to stay current on the company's treatments and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must be currently licensed to practice Massage Therapy in New York State.
• Must possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and work well in a team environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be energetic, engaging, and eager to work in their craft and perfect their skills.
• Must be courteous and respectful to guests, members, colleagues, and members of the Leadership Team.
• Must be willing and able to perform massages and body treatments per the company's vision, direction, and standards.
• Must possess strong client facing, consultative selling, upselling/upgrading, and cross-promoting skills.

Pay Structure:

The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour, and eligible for commission per treatment performed, as well as gratuities left by clients.
