Job Summary

United Software Group is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a critical project to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technology procurement and implementation projects.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all appropriate project management documents, including the project plan, resource estimates, project budget, project schedule, team roster and assignments, issue management, risk management, change control, and periodic status reports.

• Serve as a critical liaison between the project team and the vendor to provide updates and obtain feedback, ensuring proper and timely communication.

• Use leadership and communication skills to help communicate management goals and interact with project stakeholders to develop automated business processes and implement new solutions.

• Provide regular communication to the organization regarding the progress and status of the project.



Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology procurement and implementation project

• Ability to develop and manage project management documents, including project plans, resource estimates, and project schedules

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
