Removery is seeking a skilled and compassionate Laser Specialist to join our team. As a Laser Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective tattoo removal treatments to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Follow Removery protocols to provide safe, effective, and optimal laser treatments.
- Manage client files, photos, and information in compliance with Removery standards.
- Compliance with all safety standards, including indications and contra-indications for treatment.
- Daily preparation duties to enhance client experience and results.
- Ensure all follow-up, documentation and endpoints are recorded appropriately.
- Build trust and rapport with current and potential clients to ensure client satisfaction by delivering superior customer service.
- Communicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomes.
- High level self-accountability in fostering a positive studio culture and team dynamics.
- Work closely with studio team to achieve studio's core key performance indicators.
- Discuss upselling opportunities with clients.
- Complete company learning and development requirements.
- Stewardship of studio, including light cleaning duties.
- Represent Removery's brand, mission, and culture.
- Other administrative-related tasks required for business operations.
- Must have one of the following certifications: Active Esthetician License or Laser Certification.
- Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations.
- Effective and client centric communication style.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
- Zenoti or similar POS/CRM experience, a plus.
- Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
- High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
- Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to hold laser hand piece in hour long increments.
- A competitive wage of $29-32/hr. and will be determined based on relative experience.
