Project Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to support our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules to ensure timely execution of construction and engineering projects.

• Develop, update, and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives.
• Identify and assess potential scheduling risks and propose contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Generate and deliver scheduling reports for management and clients.
• Maintain compliance with project management standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates to maintain schedule accuracy and relevance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. EIT or PE certification is an asset but not necessary.
