We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide personal care and assistance to seniors in their own homes. As a Home Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, promoting their independence, and supporting their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Medication reminders and assistance
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Valid insurance and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Fluent or native English speaker
