Job Title: Night Auditor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Renaissance Austin Hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our hotel's financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including room charges and payments
  • Verify and balance cash and credit transactions
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
