Warehouse Assistant Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Assistant Driver to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Carolina and Caguas, Puerto Rico.

As a Warehouse Assistant Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by delivering high-quality services that exceed their expectations.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds, and contributing to a dynamic team that values teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Daily Tasks:
• Delivering and picking up products from various stores while ensuring timely and safe transportation.
• Assisting in packaging products at the end of the production line while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following operational instructions from the Area Leader to ensure smooth workflow.
• Loading and unloading trailers efficiently to meet production needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A valid Category 8 driver's license and availability for Monday to Friday shifts from 7am to 4pm, with overtime when needed.
• Experience with loading and unloading tasks and the ability to operate a forklift, both seated and standing.
• A strong commitment to following operational instructions and collaborating effectively on production tasks.
• An proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing daily needs.
