Project Strategist

Job Summary:

IEM, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Strategist to join their team. This role is responsible for performing various administrative, financial, and analytical functions in support of the work control and long-range planning process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to organize, lead, and delegate responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze performance metrics to support organizational decision-making and leadership.
• Develop and present detailed performance reports.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve objectives.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams, building and motivating team members to meet goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant utility business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of work management IT systems, operational dependencies, and work management policy and procedures.
