Job Title: Chief Growth Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Growth Officer to drive our company's growth and development by increasing our customer base in existing and new markets, increasing business development pipelines, and identifying new near- and long-range business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate growth strategy, plans, and processes to hit revenue goals
• Coordinate and/or build cross-functional teams to execute business development and capture campaigns
• Research and analyze current and emerging government acquisition strategies to understand acquisition initiatives, timelines, milestones, and market trends
• Lead generation of and manage an effective executable pipeline to achieve significant revenue growth
• Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones to generate new business, and expand the profile and reach of the company and its brand

Requirements:

• Combined 10 years' progressive industry experience developing customer bases and new business, and consistently increasing revenue growth
• Five years building opportunity pipelines from initial identification through gate reviews
• Documented success moving pipeline opportunities through proposal phases leading to contract awards and realized revenue
