Key Responsibilities:- Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood analysis, urinalysis, and other diagnostic tests.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and other specialized instruments.
- Record and report test results, including abnormal findings and critical values.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other laboratory personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Certification by a recognized accrediting agency, such as CLS(NCA) or MT(ASCP).
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, including quality control and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 401(k) plan with company match.
